My previous role at Tomorrow’s People as Event and Philanthropy Manager gave me the necessary experience and skill set to work alongside high network individuals and celebrities/royal family. I have learnt how to maintain and build relationships with them which in turn has benefited the company.
I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual with high aspirations and a passion for events. I have excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills which have been tailored and developed through working in a variety of roles. Due to the nature of my roles I have dealt with all health and safety queries and conducted RAMs assessments for all events.
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and enthusiastic to learn from others. I like to be challenged and have a hands-on approach which means I can get the ground moving on many events I manage or take over.

Project history
I am a passionate event manager with over 6 years’ experience.I am currently interested in freelancing and contracting roles, my most recent clients being the Prince’s Trust where I project managed outdoor mass participation event for over 3000 delegates. I was also in the project teams organising their flagship Gala Dinner, Invest in Futures and the Prince’s Trust Awards. I also recently event managed Apps for Good annual Awards Ceremony for over 350 delegates.
At the London College of Fashion as the Event Manager and was responsible for project managing the College's annual events alongside my events team. I also managed all the event budgets to ensure we keep within targets and input in the event strategy. I have experience of creating and managing budgets of up to £650,000.
I have organised and led multiple high-profile events, many of which ran simultaneously, ranging from 20 to 3000 delegates. that include: fashion shows, exhibitions, staff conferences; profile raising receptions at Number 10, Number 11 Downing Street, and The House of Lords; high net-worth/VIP receptions at the Royal Residences of Frogmore House and Bagshot Park, celebrity events – such as, Carols with Downton Abbey cast members and an evening with Sir Julian Fellowes. I have also organised nine gala dinners and award ceremonies in both London and Scotland and a 4-day art exhibition called Art for Youth London at the Mall Galleries. I have also organised live events for external companies/teams, such as Vitality Business Woman of the Year, The Big Music Project alongside Global, Money for Life in association with Lloyds TSB and The Global Fashion Conference. I also project managed a two-day outdoor games festival for PwC. My role at the London College of Fashion also involved selling/promoting the internal event space to external clients and facilitating the whole event.
