- Work closely with the Recruitment and Monitoring Officers and Employers in assessing a “CITYANDGUILDS; HIGHFIELD or BTEC” Apprentices and Key Skills requirements.
- Within guidelines laid down by the awarding body, assess the work of apprentices in / at the classroom/workshop/workplace. Assess evidence compiled by students, giving guidance and support whenever appropriate.
- Observe students in/at the workplace/workshop against criteria laid down by the awarding body and give feedback

- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
- Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
