I’d like to quickly introduce myself. I am Rizwan as Principle PS Consult in the Digital practice. I have more than 12 years’ experience in Call center, Software telecom industry and out of which 6 years have been in the Genesys. I have started my career in Genesys as Solution Engineer Implementing Computer Technology Integration (CTI) with Avaya Cisco, IVR development and then successfully transition into Omi Channels over 4 years in various industries such Telco, Banking, Broadcast Network Systems, Airline, Electricity Power. 

My most recent experience was to establishes a technical direction and leads the design, development and delivery of business solution based upon a client's business need & technology strategy and also Participated in the solution design implementation projects on all stages: Business Requirements specification and analysis, Technical Design specification, Implementation and Integration of the Omi channel solution, Test Plan development and Testing.
