Planning and optimization of 2G/3G Cellular Network in Telefonica Venezolana. Recommend and establish testing protocols for assessing functionality in 2G / 3G network to enable continuous improvement of the system. Provide advanced technical support for medium and high impact failure on CDMA/2G/3G cellular network in Telefonica Venezolana, with the scope of the CORE access equipment (BSC and RNC) and base station elements (nodes UMTS and GSM/CDMA cell) for all Telefonica Venezuela providers. Development of knowledge in the management of the different platforms, providing research, resolution and tracking failures and the respective documentation and registration. Participation in weekly rotating guards to emergencies and failures of high impact to the end user. Generating reports, technical documentation and manuals for fault diagnosis. Knowledge transfer to different areas of the Company. Follow up on suppliers to ensure compliance with their respective SLA.

2G RAN (NSN & Huawei)
Providing technical support tasks including fault diagnosis & troubleshooting of FlexiEdge, Ultrasite and Metrosite BTS, Flexi BSC and BSC3i (NSN)
Diagnostics on interfaces to locate problems in network elements and/or plug-in-units
