CHAMELEON COMMUNICATIONS – PRESENTATION-DATA VISUALIZATION DESIGNER February 2014 to November 2014.
Chameleon is a Global medical-communications company that specializes in the Health Care Pharmaceutical field. Made up of medical and commercial strategists, the company caters to high-end pharmaceutical companies delivering marketing strategies and digital-print campaigns– conveying scientific and medical communications.
I was the first creative designer hired in the NY office to help framework a solid creative process system for project managers/ editors/ medical writers and accountants to follow. I was instrumental in initiating company creative meetings to discuss new client-work processes that would now include creative input on project briefs, deliverables, budgets, print jobs, and re-strategizing the creative workflow. Worked with copywriters and strategy teams on content, creative concepts, marketing strategies and developing of digital campaigns. Worked on briefs set by clients; essentially templated the protocol for entire product development process. Typical work activities would include meeting with the account management team to discuss the clients’ creative necessities; gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at, as well as apprehending clients’ future needs and creative specifications.

First data-visualization specialist to come on board and introduce infographics to depict medical narratives.

DIRECT MARKETING ASSOCIATION – GRAPHIC DESIGNER- SENIOR DESIGNER- FREELANCER October 2010 to July 2013.
Responsible for designing creative core concepts for all of DMA’s conferences and events. Meeting the total needs of the client including management of technical and creative resources to deliver complete corporate-quality branding, web and print solutions. Services included branding, logo design, web design, email templates, trade show displays, print ads, banner ads and signage. Also promotional pieces such as brochures, catalogs and postcards.
• Worked closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client’s brief; meeting with the creative director before presenting ideas to clients, pitching ideas to clients.
• Produced sketches and storyboards to communicate ideas to the client, briefing other members of the creative team, as well as commissioning photographers, artists to work on projects.
• Responsible for strategy and concept layout, design and production; supervised all strategic branding and designed corporate collateral material, including billboards, banners, posters and brochures.
UPDATE GRAPHICS STAFFING AGENCY – November 2013 to Present.
Clients include: NBC, Mediacom, Chameleon and Ketchum Ditgial.
Ensured visual concept development, layout, and designs are within parameters of the company’s brand standards manual and creative brief request. Works include print, online and interactive designs; presentations, catalogs, and web graphics. Manage assigned creative projects alongside marketers and project managers to effectively provide all deliverables within budgets, timelines and clients’ demands.
INDEPENDANT COMMERICAL FREELANCER
June 2010 to Present.
Successfully managed and coordinated graphic design projects from concept through completion. Work closely with clients to create vision, branding guidelines as well as setting up a creative map for deliverables – design logos and manage print/web specifications that accommodate the client’s marketing goals. Created highly persuasive sales and marketing presentations for websites and web graphics for social media pages. Managed and accommodated clients’ project itineraries and budget to effectively ensure satisfaction.
