Not having presence in Nigeria, PBT recruited me to manage the Business Intelligence in a Box implementation at MTN Nigeria while working remotely with the team in South Africa. MTN group is the leading telecommunications company in Africa.
Responsibilities include: Execute the project plan earlier agreed between MTN group and PBT Group on the solution rollout. Management of daily project tasks such as meeting planning, reporting projects status through internal and external communication use, conducting IAT (Internal Application Test) and UAT (User Application Test).
I was able to help the client in their change management which boosted the solution’s adoption within the organization. Successfully planned and facilitated training, IAT, and UAT exercises. Generated leads for Business Intelligence implementation within West Africa for the organization.

Responsibilities include: Spearhead the Google managed services and other OEM partnerships within the organization. In this regard, I set up and got the team certified on Google Apps, Vmware, Oracle and IBM solutions. Source for part time resources, manage the unit daily operations, manage the MobileMoney support account, develop business for the unit. In charge of day to day operations of the business, including outsourcing for short terms and special skills projects.
Starting from scratch, with the help of amazing team members, I was able to generate over 50,000 USD sales by providing managed services, customer support services and moving businesses and higher institutions on Google Apps for Business and Education respectively.
