In my experience history, I worked in different roles, but I am happy to
announce I have mastered each and every, from understanding and
learning tools for coding documents, using which building a database for
our clients, I also gained experience in management and supervision of a
team. I was fulfilling the duties of a front desk officer, where besides the
duties of the first contact person of the company, where I represented
the company I am working for , in case of external contacts, I had
responsibilities of managing the daily work of the organization, as
providing assistance and supporting the communication between
different departments, as between employees and different
departments as well. I also have experience as a customer support
agent, where I mastered the needed IT -technical skills in order to
deliver high-quality technical support, to the clients, as well the abilities
to identify and understand the customer needs, to provide the
solutions for it.Ability to gain customers trust, providing daily follow
-ups and workarounds, solutions in case it is needed.Expertise in
resolving technical, or escalated issues, reported by the customers.
