In a fast pace environment, for nearly 2 years I was responsible of end to end recruitment process
for the build of Aston Martin DB11, Aston Martin DB11 Coupee, Aston Martin New Vantage, Aston Martin
DB11 Volante, Aston Martin Vantage Coupee for both white and blue collar in the following areas:
Design, Product Development, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Special Projects, IT and
Purchasing & Procurement for high volume and niche roles (up to 150 roles).
My daily activities include:
* Stakeholder management: working up to Director level building relationships and establishing
credibility to ensure effective influencing around the recruitment process.
* Direct Sourcing via job boards, Low Cost/No Cost such as: Employee Referrals and LinkedIn
* Monitor recruitment costs and consciously act with integrity when managing and considering
recruitment spend ( agency fees and margin and associative salary costs)
* Candidate Management building and maintaining working relationships with all candidates to
improve retention rates whilst maintaining pipeline/pool of prospective candidates
* Work with Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders and HR Coordinators to provide a seamless
end to end recruitment service
* Manage recruitment trackers and Tier 1,2 and 3 agency activity
* Data analysing system specialist: crosschecking information to line up with current business,
benchmarking, troubleshooting, ironing out all changes.
