Working as Computer Hardware, Network & CCTV Support and Dialer Monitoring and responsible for the followings:
 Troubleshoot various network issues affect solutions and collaborate with staff.
 Manage user account, permissions, printer sharing, emails antivirus and
spam/malware protection.
 Dialers controlling outbounds calls maintane and leads generate in daily basis.
 Installation Windows, Printers, Antivirus, and others software install as per company
SOP.
 Troubleshoot various network issues affect solutions and collaborate with staff.
 Assembling and installing for new and used computers.
 Consultancy for the up gradation of the system as and when required, IT solution all
types.
 Responsible for windows, office & antivirus updates.
 CCTV Cameras, data check, Event search & save record.
