In charge of coordinating a team of 8 heads of department in the organisation to be able to
execute the set goals in line with the organization's vision and our vision for the term. I also lead
stakeholder management as well as communicate on developments made within the organization
to the respective stakeholders.
Skillfully managed administrative responsibilities for the welfare of 42 volunteers including
coordinating with the National, Regional and International Offices.

I was the organizing head for a group of 5 people in charge of planning a conference for the
National Team. Here I managed the communication from the National to Organizing team as well
as reviewed budgets, location visits, external relation calls as well as strategy development. The
conference was successful with 95% of teh expected delegates in attendance and 5 sponsoring
companies.
