Customer service, sells, interpreter, manageging, empathetic, dinamic, proactive.

I have worked in customer service for 3 years and I also worked in sells,as a customer service rep,I went from a L1 agent to a Senior Representative and I finally became a coach,I performed the coach role for 1 year. As a sells agent, I used to work with a US company and it was for outbound. I had to post some advertisements and then wait for people to show interest to eventually reach out to then if needed and be able to provide them more information to close the sell.
