One principle has guided me in 23 years as a writer, editor, manager and project leader: consistently exceeding the expectations of my company, supervisor, team members and customers. * 22 years experience and expertise at copy-editing, project management, leadership of project teams and proofreading
* Sports journalist for newspaper chains from 1990 to 1998
* Career began as a news reporter for a newspaper chain
* B.A. in journalism and 3.6 GPA at Eastern Illinois University
