Currently, I have initiated the Application Portfolio Assessment and Cloud Affinity Assessment for a significant part of the application portfolio of Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI).
I implemented the Enterprise Architecture framework (as per TOGAF) for BSLI, using Sparx EA. This gives the BSLI CxO team direct visibility of all business processes progressing down to applications supporting the processes, including the component architecture and integration layers, along with mapping the industry specific business entity model (ACORD) to application level data structures.
I designed the data profiling and migration strategy with implementation plan for the Aditya Birla Payments Bank. This included tool selection and resourcing as per customer budget.
I created the data-mart design and data model for the associated operational data repository for Edelweiss Tokio Insurance Ltd.
For Cox and Kings, I created the OTA compliant data model data for their Travel ERP portal.

At Idea Cellular Ltd., I was responsible for:

  2. I also designed the BI Solution Architecture for BI, specifically pertaining to integration with Value Added Services platform(VAS), Inter-connect Billing system (ICB) and Dealer and Sales Management system (DSM).
  3. I started the data quality initiative and data migration strategy risk evaluation in a telecom transformation project.

For Bharti Airtel (India), I was responsible for data management between the components of SDP, and created a reporting system for aggregate transaction information.
At Vodafone India, I modified and re-factored the database design for the Consent Gateway project, and created the low-level design for a mobile network complaint system (NetAlert).
