I reported to the Director of Global Field Services providing support to C-level and above at
Covanta Energy Corporation.

PRINTER SUPPORT Xerox Products
Documenting printer support processes via SOP for Covanta
Interact with Xerox and secondary vendors to allow access to devices for support Provide issue
resolution, support for EI/Covanta provided printing solutions.
Interact with Tier 2 Client Engineering to escalate and troubleshoot printing issues.
PROVISIONING
In six months reduced the turnaround time for the provisioning Que from over 50+ days to 6. Out of
three technicians who were contracted for this site, I was the one hired and on boarded. Lenovo
products T440-T470s, X1, M900, M93 and M91p
Plant System desktop CPUs, PC Scale, CEM/OIS; waste management software Electronic Bulletin Board
computers, Fleet tablets and mobile devices.
SCCM access and utilization for the build process.
Streamlined and redesigned a chaotic FST/Build room. Creating build desks and setting up build
stations. Management of desktop and laptop inventory via Eracent ITAM processes
FIELD SERVICES
MS Office 365 support, White Glove, “Plus One” support to C Level and higher Covanta employees.
Deskside Support. “Go To” Technician for Metals VP.  I work closely with Executive Admins.
Point person for the processing of Lenovo warranty repairs.
ITIL shop, I provide issue and service request resolution through the Axxios ITSM software. Data
Center Duties; Tape Backups, Handoff to VRI vendor, daily walkthroughs.
EI remote support tools and Bomgar for RMM interaction with client employees.
Performed analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users at
Covanta Headquarters and globally. Onsite support within an inventory project to capture serial,
asset numbers and model numbers of administrative devices and within the Plants itself. Handled 3
of the Long Island locations.
Experience in the Service Transition into Service Operations phases of the ITIL Lifecycle. Worked
with Security to grant local admin rights to qualified users.
Involved in the daily intake and processing of incidents and service requests in a timely manner
within the defined SLA timelines. Follow and enforced the guidelines of the mobile device support
on company provided devices.
Mobi managed most of the support. Email configuration and data backups on site.
