WLA/SLA
  1. 2nd Level resource configurations & changes into RAN network within the scope of work.
  2. To investigate faults/cause related to RAN Network Elements.
  3. To keep the BSS nodes Hardware and Software Configurations Updated.
  4. To be able to efficiently use tools like WinFIOL, OSS, Alex, CSR Online and Primus.
  5. To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
  6. To contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.

Job Role
 
  1. Maintaining co-ordination and solving issues with customer (Bharti).
  2. Regular reporting of issues, risk assessment and status to the team leader.

  4. Ensuring the availability of Nodes with respective to Redundancy & Traffic.

  1. User & password management: creation of user in m2000 & LMT as per process, give rights to concern person according to activity.
  2. Backup & performance management in m2000: create task in m2000 for daily back up management of BSC & NE, also handling enabling the counters for performance report. Take weekly back up of all BSC & check critical alarm & rectify the ASAP.
  3. Acceptance testing of new node: AT of new node according to the BO criteria & coordinate with circle team for the same.
  4. Preventive maintenance: Check weekly BSC health check reports provided by circle team & analysis the same & also guide to circle team to clear the Critical alarms to avoid unnecessary outages.
  5. Quarterly Health check: With coordination of circle team make plan of Quarterly health checkup of BSC & share the output with TAC team also.
  6. Patch implementation: latest patch upgrade in BSC as per release of new version. Coordinate with circle team for the same.
  7. Mediation installation: Install mediation in m2000 as per new patch release.
  8. Emergence handle: In case of emergency in any circle like GPRS related, call not happening in BSC, Card fault coordinate with circle & TAC team  & try to rectify the same ASAP with RCA.
  9. TT handle: Handle TT raised by the circle team according to their priority critical, major, and minor related to BSC, BTS, and Reports & Rectify the same ASAP with accurate RCA.

  1. Performance Management: Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/other network report generation as per standard formats with no delay.
 
  1.  Alarm Monitoring: Alarm monitor of BTS, BSC, TCSM and Co-ordination for rectification of the same with the field engineers & TXNMS. Working knowledge of TT (Trouble Ticket Remedy tool) for the Fault happen In the Network, creation of TT & WO (Work Order) for the same. End-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets.
 
  1. Fault Management: Alarm handling and co-ordination for rectification of the same with the field engineers. Fault Management, end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems are actively managed until resolution. Liaison with other service providers regarding network outages. Major Service outage investigations and follow up. Ensures planned outages are carried out rolled back in maintenance window.
