3G OMC responsible.

1)Integration of New NodeBs.
2)RNC Commissioning and integration since the delivery till achieving the first call.
3)Creation of Scripts and XML, and updating the summary/Nodeb templates according to new design and version upgrade.
4)Software upgrades for RNC’s & NodeB’s
5)Performing the operational tasks ( Dual Stack, Dual Carrier,2nd Carrier, RET Configuration, Sector Expansion, Power Upgrade)
6)Proceeding new operation on RNCs and applying features as (Direct tunnel, RNC Rehoming,...)
7)Troubleshooting RNC and NodeBs alarms.
8)Provide technical support and sessions for local stuff.
9)Provide simple tools and guides for the new stuff to follow and support their work.
10)Insure the achievement of the ROT target beside the quality of the integration.


2G OMC responsible.

1)Creation of BTS/BSCs scripts.
2)Alarm clearance and troubleshooting.
3)Check KPI for swapped site and follow with the site engineers to solve it.
4)Provide technical support for local stuff.
5)Alarm reports

-Following the Installation/Integration of New action of CDMA[BTS3900A + BSC6680] /MW [RTN950] since the material delivered from WH till the site is On-Air
-Troubleshooting for the tickets opened by cutomer related to wireless part (BSC+BTS) support to achieve customer new request with the best solution
-Solving problems during installation and Alarms troubleshooting after integration.
-Insure customer satisfiction and following their strict rules

-Following the Integration of New/EXP/SWAP Actions of 2G/3G/MW since the material delivered from WH till the site is On-Air
-Ordering and preparing equipments.
-Supervising Subcontractor in installing New site/EXP/SWAP Actions of 2G/3G/MW (HUAWEI’s BTS-3012, BTS-3900 and Micro-3002E) and NodeBs (DBS3900)
-Solving problems during installation and Alarms troubleshooting after integration. Insuring service quality .
-Transmission of service via Microwave solutions RTN (RTN620-RTN950-RTN980) Installation[1+0,1+1,2+0,2+2], alignment, commissioning & Troubleshooting
- Site acceptance ( 2G,3G ,MW links and the environmental system...)
- Troubleshooting and measuring RF parameters such as ; path imbalance and VSWR of
Huawei 2G BTS’s and 3G node B also checking RF problems with RF drive test engineers
such as ; high drop calls rate and silent calls.
UAdministration/Management Responsibilities:
-Communicating with the client and assuring its satisfaction concerning quality and time of progress.
