Self-assessment
I am a SAP consultant with project management experience as well. As a project manager, my experience includes project schedule, resource arrangement, risks detection and status report, as a consultant, my major areas are PP (Master data / MRP / Shop floor control / Variant configuration / Batch management), PS (Master data / Project structure / Project version / Project progress / BOM transfer), PM (Master data / Preventive maintenance / Maintenance order / Notification) and MM (Master data / Purchasing management / Inventory management), in addition, I am capable for ABAP programming and familiar with CO module. For every full-cycle project, I delivered business analyst, process definition, system configuration, user training, unit test, integration test, data preparation with users, data migration and support after go-live.

Project Experience

   2015/06-Now   STOW Group China project

• Project Scope: Implementation project, include SD MM PP FI CO modules.
• Location: Shanghai.
• Responsibilities: Project manager and PP/MM consultant

      As project manager, my major activities include:
      Define project milestones, include: Business analyst, blue prints design, system configuration    and customization, user training and test, data migration and go-live;
      Delivery project schedule for each individual project phase, track progress and report status to CFO and  CEO;
      Define project hierarchy; assign tasks to project members according to evaluation of capacity & workload  and re-assign if necessary;
      Establish public file to keep all detected issues on track, provide solution and technical support;
      Ensure proper integration and coordination between different teams.

      System configuration and user authorization setup according to defined process;
