Unit Head – Infrastructure
Leading a team of 5 engineers to operate and deliver all infrastructure hosting services and IT projects for clients outlining objectives, KPIs, and tools, processes and procedures for supporting the environment.
Hands-on troubleshooting, Backup and Recovery, Ticket pool management, Monitoring Data center systems and applications for health, Update and complete all sections of the daily report, Raking and Decommissioning systems, escalate events, and maintain a constant state of readiness.
Managing highly sensitive government projects in parallel in a complex organization matrix. Strengths include the ability to manage multi-cultural, and multi-disciplines teams to deliver requested outputs on time, within budget and scope

  • • Attending the meetings with the board to set the conversion strategy to convert business roadmap into technical needs.
  • • Aligning with GRC & Security teams to set the policies, SOP and security procedures to match the standardization of ISO.
  • • Defining and applying security policies on Qualys VMDR.
  • • Providing direction for team members.
  • • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
  • • Managing and reporting on allocation of team budget.
  • • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
  • • Undertake regular direct reports from team member & update top management with weekly/monthly reports.
  • • Overhauled the change, incident, and service-level management processes, leveraging ITIL.
  • • Involved in Post Implementation Reviews.
  • • Provide direction, leadership, inspiration and motivation to team members.
  • • Coach and mentor team members in the principles of providing the required support service & achieve high user satisfaction.

      • Administration for SolarWind monitoring tools.
      • Administration for Web Access Management solution (WALLIX).
      • HP 3PAR storage administration.
      • Administration for Microsoft Exchange (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 & O365).
      • Issues in P2V process.
      • Administration for Manage Engine modules.
      • (IDRAC & ILO) administration and troubleshooting.
      • Installation and administration of Anti-spam, Anti-virus product (Symantec Endpoint).
