For about two years and six months, I was working on the infrastructure support area of the company. This included the installation of workstations and their corporate software accordingly. Also, I was in charge of the installation of different operating systems: Windows 7,8,10 and Linux. We also took care of operating systems for servers like Windows server 2008 and 2012, on local or virtualized infrastructure also using VMWare and Hyperv. Besides that, I worked on the management and monitoring of the AVAYA Telephone Exchange (including main features: Avaya one attendant, Avaya OneX Comunicator, Avaya Aura Contact Center, System Manager) and the configuration of specific phones based on their model. I completed some assignments on SharePoint Foundation and Server 2013 like the creation and development of sites and subsites, lists, integrated libraries on workflows and space to automatize processes.
I have worked on different projects with Microsoft products like Active directory, SharePoint online, foundation and server, as well as Office 365, Project Server, OneDrive, Skype Business and Exchange. With all of these I just not only experience how they work but also troubleshooting and networking implementation.
Administration and resolution of problems at the network with Cisco, Avaya product.
