Employed ArcGIS and demographic data (Census TIGER, Census PL, and American Community Survey) to create map and reports for attorneys on various cases: voting rights, disability access, school zones, etc. Designed pivot tables to analyze demographic data and submitted the results to attorneys. Tested new versions of Justice Mapper and Justice Mapper Lite software developed by senior staff.

? ArcGIS:? ?Collaborated to create 102 Limited English Proficiency (LEP) state population maps for a White House presentation.

? Project Planning. ??Coordinated data submissions from utility companies (PEPCO, RCN, Verizon, DCWASA, Qwest, Washington Gas, AT&T and IPMA) and used the data to generate annual Utility Coordination Maps of proposed District projects.
