- 2017 (banking) IT decommission concept of a representative office in New York including IT infrastructure and application landscape.
- 2016 (retail) IT Management consulting of Head IT Infrastructure during T&T phase induced by M&A with carvein reorganization of IT organization and landscape (13 international locations). Role includes also mentoring for T&T project manager.
