  • 2017 (banking) IT decommission concept of a representative office in New York including IT infrastructure and application landscape.
  • 2016 (retail) IT Management consulting of Head IT Infrastructure during T&T phase induced by M&A with carvein reorganization of IT organization and landscape (13 international locations). Role includes also mentoring for T&T project manager. New organizational structure design includes actual sourcing, T&T requirements and scalability with IT strategy (Mixture of outsourcing- & cloud like IBM, servicenow and salesforce)
  • 2015 (aviation) Project manager for an interim solution of ordering, billing & accounting caused by the carve out of the datacenter to IBM (affected > 80 national and international legal entities)
