Since over 20 years I do deploy global programs and projects (mainly) in the pharmaceutical (GxP) industries around the globe. Business Transformation, Management of Change and IT-systems implementations are representing the core competence of my professional life.  I define my professional self-based on three main pillars of competence a.) profound IT-skills, business operations excellence and full-scale coaching education (approved by the International Coach Federation – ICF). In addition to these three core competences completed certifications (or approved trainings) in SAP project management, SCRUM – Master (equivalent), NLP practitioner and Design Thinking Trainer (IEDO). The methodical background I use is related to Spiral Dynamics™ and Syntegration™. All this brought together helps me to succeed even in complex and escalated project situations and multicultural circumstances. I take pride from the fact that was chosen to guide and to master a massive SAP-Integration project for the Migros Genossenschaftsbund (MGB) for over more than 2 years as the Head of Organizational Change (from a technical perspective a SAP S/4HANA-project). Prior to this project I was used to be responsible for the Care-out of Roche’s Diabetes – sections from the Pharmaceutical business unit into a all-new legal entity (from the technical extend this was also a SAP S/4HANA-project). And finally, the by far most complex project I ever had the change to management (and to execute) was a Business Transformation within British Petroleum (BP) after the Marcondo-Incident in the Gulf of Mexico (2010). The loss of human life, the disruption of a billion-dollar oil-rig and the related and even bigger environmental catastrophe caused a massive change and with it, a demand of technology adoption in the global organization. From a technical perspective this was not more than a Microsoft SharePoint project – for the company in total it was a massive change in genes and the self-perceptive of this proud and traditional organization.
