I was part of a merger and acquisition project. The license management subproject was about transfer licenses. To deal with the whole topic, I have set up a license management database that bundles all information centrally in one place for the license management team. In addition to the quantities, a cost reporting was also included that enables a MTP. The database also has the function of serving the interface of SNOW, the new license management tool.
