Transfer of the EKZ Services & Datacenter into an autonomous environment for:
Milestone, budget and resource planning, management & PSA reporting, escalation management, risk management, progress control. Overall budget responsibility & change management. In-Scope and Out-Of-Scope view & enforcement. Conduct & moderate workshops with stakeholders & management.
