Key Functions:
Responsible for the upgrading and testing of IT equipment (desktop and servers) including
OS
Providing 2nd line support to users.
Respond to queries from clients and resolve any hardware or software problems.
Visit client sites to assist other technical staff.
Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.
Responsible for supporting: Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/ Office 2003-2010, Active
Directory (general administration) Anti-Virus products, and wireless network
Preserve version and release control of routers management, configuration software:
perform User impact analysis, Test plan, and Implementation plan, fall back procedures
etc.
Responsible for error analysis, modifications and correction; for management program
documentation and implementation.
Technically support and administrate multiple corporate operating systems and
applications.
