Projects (Approx 70 short Term Projects& 20 Long-term Projects).

Highlights:
* Instrumental in ramping up the process from 50 to 200 member team by actively involving in
recruitment, Training, skillset measurement of resources and aligning the resources to
projects from initiation to closure as per client requirement
* Ownership of all projects assigned from Initiation to Closure
* Spearheaded a team of 80 members
* Administered activities of 6 Project Leads for achieving project level and organization level
assignments

Description The project involved realignment/upgrade of existing street network data with reference
to the ortho rectified DOQQ images supplied by client for various street navigation
applications. Basic works involved in this project is to identify street, water and
railroad features as per image perception and capture the same in different layers.

* Involved in overseeing activities pertaining to conversion, quality checking, edge matching,
input data creation, time estimation, work allocation, image processing, quality assurance, data
processing and shipment

Description The project aimed to provide the client with a 3 dimensional view of the area. Major
activities include capturing of Contours & Spot heights and to assign respective heights.
