Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports on the effectiveness and detailed activities of the Help Desk team (1st and 2nd Level of Care).
Coordinate and control the analysis of the operational indicators of the Cellular Network System (base radio, transmission network, network infrastructure, projects, central, peripheral, data network, among others), to report on the quality of operation on the System at the national level.
Coordinate and control the development of necessary indicators regarding the operation of the system that allow different managements to make quality decisions on O&M.
Coordinate and control the standardization and application of all procedures at the national level in the access network, infrastructure, power stations, platforms, peripherals, data network, transmission and operational backbone with area coordinators.
     Control the execution of contingency plans of all managements attached to management.
     Coordinate and control the measurement parameters of SLAs and contracts with third parties. Design and Execute Preventive and/or Corrective Support tasks, for 6 Venezuelan states in more than 48 Offices with more than 500 Users.
