Was working as a support agent for Apple products for 1 year. Responsibilities were to answer calls and provide people with a service and fix their computers or any devices. I was giving them remote assistance to help with any kind of issue. Used to work with Salesforce a lot. Past a lot of Customer trainings, management school and Division Development School and became Middle agent. After I was working as a team lead for 6 months. Also had been working in the sales department for 3 months. We were selling software products and plans.
