PaPM consultant, EPM & profitability expert, Excel consultancy owner

Overview: Experienced project leader with 18 years of knowledge in implementing end-to-end EPM solutions, with focus on profitability, cost allocations and complex calculations; designing and building systems, leading teams, and communicating with high level clients.

Technical details: as a Solution Architect, he has both high level system integration experience and hands-on system configuration knowledge. Throughout his career, Domas has developed skills in database modelling, scripting, project management (including Agile), also financial and management accounting skills.
He has worked with the number of different technologies, including SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), SAP PCM, SAP FPSL, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, Jedox, SAP BPC and Microsoft Excel. Using this experience, Domas has a broad and comprehensive knowledge on EPM systems implementation. He is also proactive and effective in his communication with clients and projects' stakeholders, leading workshops, communicating with clients’ management, and looking for new business opportunities. He has gained strong multicultural international experience working in Middle East, Turkey, Eastern Europe, Nordics and Western Europe.

Currently his technical expertise is in SAP PaPM and he works as SAP PaPM Solution Architect.

Previously he has worked in Deloitte UK as PaPM Solution Architect at a Senior Manager level (2.5 years). His earlier employments were: in a company which is developing the SAP PaPM solution (Nexontis); a Principal Consultant with an Airlines client in Middle East (1.5 years), with PwC UK in London (4 years) and as a consultant for Vantage Performance Solutions UK (2 years), as well as Financial Analyst/Controller for different companies in Retail and Banking sectors. In addition, Domas has his own consultancy which provides small scale solutions to businesses on Microsoft Excel platform and also he worked as lecturer in Lithuanian coding school Code Academy.

Studies: In addition, he possesses his financial experience and academic knowledge from different ongoing qualifications (1st level of CFA (US), CIMA (UK)), and master’s degree in Economics in leading university in Vilnius, Lithuania. As well as from a number of different trainings (Lean, Operational Excellence, Priority Based Budgeting, etc.)
