I have spent a great deal of time successfully resolving medical claim and billing issues for both providers and patients from my home office. My prior education and years spent working hands on in different types of medical offices have taken me to where I believe I am most effective and that is RESOLVING MEDICAL BILLING ISSUES while also keeping customer satisfaction at an all time high. I take pride in working hard to resolve issues so providers can receive payments they are due and patients do not receive unnecessary billings that can oftentimes be very stressful. I am very well adapted to medical office billing procedures with an emphasis on medical records review, yet I also have skills that are interchangeable with other office tasks such as; accounts payable, accounts receivable, appointment setting, and customer relations.
