As a Pre-sales Consultant based out of head office, I assisted the Business Development team in
prospecting and closing sales in the medium to large enterprise space. Through working directly with
sales and account executives, partners and direct sales to ensure optimum system solutions are
provided to clients, including development of processes and systems to provide quick yet thorough
responses to client Requests for Proposals. I also assisted in limited installation support and
post-sales consulting. Thus, developed the ability to resolve technical questions, strong
presentation and communication skills as well as delivery of in-person and/or virtual sales
demonstrations to prospective clients.

As an ERP consultant I was able to ensure proper distribution and handling of data while
restructuring organizational hierarchies to align with ERP processes and corporate requirements. To
accomplish this, I was able to communicate with users at all levels of the organization, instruct
and train others. I developed the skills among other things that enable me to respond to changes in
business processes requirements quickly with on-the-go strategies and solutions within the optimal
time frame, with minimal cost and minimized risk.
