Highlights : Implemented and configured AD and DNS in windows 2008 R2 server (around 250 users) by
self. McAfee antivirus implemented and managed, Worked in as a team member on
complete network and IT infrastructure upgrade project(team of 4 local members and
global team).

Role on Brief : Providing end user application software and operating system support, new user
creation in Active Directory, maintaining network infrastructure, managing printers,
taking daily backup of lab servers(Empower server), maintaining lab systems and
vendor management.
Highlights : Worked along with Domain team for Domain Migration. Worked as a network team
member (L2) support for Asia specific region.

Role on Brief : Providing the support on desktops and applications, updating service pack and patches
manually, installing wi-fi devices, providing online support to the regional offices and
troubleshoot the problems. Providing support for ERP software.
