Hi there,
I am Denes, and I am a freelance Power BI Developer. Before I became a freelancer, I worked for multinational companies like Nokia, Diageo and Schneider Electric. Over the course of my career I gained experience in creating automated dashboards that provided valuable insights for stakeholders, as well as automating business processes from end to end.
At Nokia I worked as a senior business performance specialist, where I had to analyze and improve business processes on a regular basis. Defining KPIs, identifying/resolving pain-points and building Power BI reports are things that I really enjoy doing. I am proficient with DAX and PowerQuery, and very good with Power Automate (Flow) and PowerApps. I am also good with SQL and Python. I've also just got into (approx. 6 months ago) machine learning and predictive algorithms, and I absolutely love it, so I am looking for opportunities where I can utilize these too.
My main experience is in finance, supply chain and logistics, but at this point I can handle pretty much anything. I have also spent 3 years in London, so I am more than capable of understanding and explaining complex ideas and processes in English.
