As Project Manager
* Coordinate the activities of clients, team members and internal and external
stakeholders;
* Communicate capabilities, alternatives, risks, schedules, and service options to
stakeholders;
* Keep project plan updated;
* Interact with all affected areas in the project to keep them alligned;
* Build partnership with clients, attending to their needs, inquiries, and giving
solutions requiered;
* Keep the Services Manager informed about the progress, stoppers and changes in
project.
As Consultant
* Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements;
* Provide technical and analytical assistance to the service team;
* Lead and participate in high-level architecture analysis, evaluation, design,
integration, documentation, and development;
* Apply technical and business principles to develop creative solutions to complex
technical problems;
* Review the technical and functional documents produced by the team.
As Product Manager
* Be up-to-date about CA Service Manager product status, current versions,
roadmap, out-of-support versions;
* Communicate to customers about the news and new features of the product;
* Analyze the competitive advantages of our product in comparison with others with
similar characteristics in the market;
* Analyze products of similar capacities that can be offered to clients and potential
clients to improve ITIL processes.
