Performs troubleshooting and diagnosis of routing related issues.
● Mitigation of threat and blackholing DDOS attacks.
● To provide support for client routing protocol issues, configuration, hardware upgrade and other
activities on routers.
● To guide customers for high availability concepts for political and diplomatic meet like G7, BRICS and
SAARC summit.
● To troubleshoot the network and hardware related issues.
● To provide Root Cause Analysis for logs shared by the customer and if any unusual activity with the
network and Devices.
● Providing support for VPN related issues (L3VPN) as most of the customers are from ISP end.
● Analysis of complex network issues and recommend for solution.
● Responsible for maintaining Orange’s core network through service incidents for various faults in
backbone.
● Responsible to maintain very high Responsible to carry out special monitoring for high network
availability in Common Wealth Games, Olympics, Euro Cups and Football matches all around the world.
● Analyses various impacts to avoid outages in network by taking proactive measures.
● Oversee all Layer 2 & 3 (router and switches) network elements for proper functioning.
● Remain familiar with the site facilities and the process to involve field engineers as and when required.
● Coordinates testing and/or hardware replacement with vendors, Field Services and Carriers towards problem resolution.
