* Manage Amazon Web Services - EC2, S3, SNS, RDS, IAM, VPC and Route53
* Expertise in architecting secure VPC Solutions in AWS with the help of Network ACLs, Security
Groups, Public and Private Network Configurations
* Create S3 buckets and also managing policies for S3 buckets
* Experience in managing and maintaining IAM Policies in AWS to define groups, create users, assign
roles and define rules for role based access to AWS resources
* Create Snapshots and Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) of the Instances for backup and creating clone
instances
* Taking backup of MongoDB using AWS Cli and maintaining the same on S3 bucket
* Used JIRA to track issues and change management
* Engage in the performance management process such as performance reviews, daily feedback, and
mentoring
* Review scope of work and assign tasks based on artist skills/abilities
* Communicate successes and challenges faced by the team to the Director IT
* Lead team of Systems/Networks Administrators to /assist with the installation, configuration,
administration and maintenance of eBricks tech infrastructure; authentication, messaging,
DCHP/DNS, Deployment Systems (CodePipeline /Ansible / Terraform)
* Maintain and manage the network infrastructure; Switches & Firewalls
* Performing systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation & implementation of
applications that require comprehensive knowledge and technical skills
* Serving as member of active deployment, troubleshooting & maintenance team; setting up
configuration & maintaining various servers/Blade Servers & their services (Citrix XenCenter,
VMware, WSUS, Clusters, RDS 2012, IIS Server Management, NTP, Group Policy, Backups, and
Storages)
* Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of
systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
* Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the
infrastructure.
* Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere
to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.
* Assists project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our standard
Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and
technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and
design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rollingout the solutions.
* Troubleshooting Nagios and Prometheus alerts
* Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings,
directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
* Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server
resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying
completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
* Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
* Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
* Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and
troubleshoot issues.
* Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted
constituencies.
* Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
* Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
* Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
Configure / add new services as necessary.
