Keep the pre-productive environments platform (Development, Testing and Client Laboratories), Cloud and On Premise.
* I created more than 100 virtual machines in Azure for the migration of Development and Testing environments.
* I led the migration of 100% of development environments to Microsoft's Azure cloud in 7 months from On Premise.
* I led and managed the administration of more than 200 pre-productive environments (Azure and On Premise).
* I incorporated the use of agile models together with the Microsoft Azure Cloud reducing on average from 3 months to 5
days the time of enabling new environments.

SuperCluster and Oracle Exadata infrastructure for the new processing platform.
* I led, together with the internal PMO, the incorporation of agile models for the Project Program of the New Platform, in total
more than 60 initiatives managed in an agile way.

* I achieved the recovery and execution of 100% of the insurance associated with the import of the embosser machines that
were partially damaged in the transfer from the factory in the USA without impacting the deadlines of the implementation
project or the costs of the project.

* I designed a Tier III Datacenter for ZOFRI which was later built based on that design remaining in Tier II due to local
conditions of Iquique/Alto Hospicio.
* I restructured the ICT Support area, focusing it on the quality of service and continuous improvement of its service and
support processes for more than 400 users.
* I brought to a standard of 99.99% of the uptime of ICT services to the more than 2,000 ZOFRI's active user companies,
raising the previous standard that was less than 90%.
* I led, as Project Director, the total renovation of the computer system that supports the document operations of the user
companies for import/export. Project with an approximate investment amount of US$ 4MM and with more than 40 people
working within the project and incorporating actors such as National Customs.
