Responsible for monitor, support and troubleshoot issues throughout the Company’s Networks (SDH, MPLS, DWDM, WCDMA/LTE, xDSL, HFC, FTTH)
• Monitoring Network status and provide support for issues related to the network infrastructure, hardware, and applications.
• Provide critical service outage notification and escalate issues for timely resolution; notify appropriate Company personnel as appropriate.
• Analyse proactively data from network monitoring tools and determine best course of action to prevent faults from happening.
• Answering inbound calls and resolve incidents for field service technicians and provide proactive network outage notification to the Network Field Infrastructure team; manage closure and document resolution; perform required maintenance to contain, eradicate and recover from network outages and infrastructure security incidents.

Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), Connection
Oriented Ethernet (COE), and Digital subscriber Line
Access Multiplexer (DSLAM)
* Assist with the installation and provisioning of Company
COE, DWDM, SONET, xDSL, VoDSL, VoIP, FTTx, leased
line, and switching networks and takes action to isolate
and repair network and customer communications
problems.
