My role was a Goble Data Centre Monitor 24*7 Support. I was to look at all Servers and Clouds around
the Goble Samsung SDS. Managing the IMS Ticket own ITSM Tools ( Event IT Board )


* Managing System Error IMS Ticket like ( Ram, CPU, Storage, the system does not respond, etc)
* Working through VDI Desktop environments.
* Experience on SVPN to connect the Server and VDI
* Monitor on Real-Time Tools (IOPS Tools) created my own Samsung.

* Take Remote the server through ( EMAS)
* Provide the solutions through RAC (Root cause analysis) method.

My responsibilities were managing all IMS tickets on ITSM Tools at P2, P3, and P4 (for P1 I was
supposed to inform my L3) and my daily day task was to look at the IMS ticket for end-user or many

time then we passed IMS to site technical team. Even we should manage all client site Technical
