* Budget management of £2.5m budget, leading a team of 8
* The project was put on hold due to strategic business contention

* Data migration from SAP R3 to ECC6 using SLO and LSMW
* Ensure continuity of all IT integration/interfaces, i.e. Infrastructure, Application, Data & Test
* Authorisation concept to 2500 users across 7 German sites

* 3rd party supplier & critical vendor engagement, working with Infosys & SAP

* Led the business transformation of its Logistics Control Tower, consolidating 4 European sites
* Project scope effectively spanned HR, finance, operations and IT, achieving a successful
transition
* Delivered an SDLC interface project to provide a supplier portal for EPOD track & trace shipments
* Created three new testing environments (EDI Enterprise), configured to Cargowise Enterprise
Edition
* Delivery of a TMS, a transport management interface from Banyan to Cargowise

* Appointed to support the Global Supply Chain Programme Director through the delivery of critical
