It was my initiative to go towards the vision, the concept and the DevOps working model between client and provider. Coordination with Asopagos PMO, software factory, GLPI Helpdesk and peers per module. Design and monitoring of portfolio program with 14 projects. Creativity in developing solutions that ensure progress and results, synchronizing the different requirements of the contractual actors.

Co-design of the BPM (IBM Modeler with Bizagi chunks) for metadata and heterogeneous data towards the E/R model (ProSource PPDM -Seabed-). SAP (R/3 HANA) + IBM (SharePoint, FileNet P8) + technical Apps (eSearch, InnerLogix, OpenWorks, Geoframe, Openwells, AvDC, Petrel, BDP, TeraData, ITEP, ESRI/ArcGIS, Outlook, etc. architectures were integrated. ) ETLs were developed on this BigData whose origin was structured data from different Datamarts integrated through OpenSpirit, unstructured data (raw data) and even physical files (ANH, CITs). Frameworks used: PMI, BPM, UML, ITIL, ADM_TOGAF, SOA, COBIT, CMMI, ISO, Scrum, Kanban.
