Perform job design in conjunction with Human Resources management.
Manage the company's recruitment strategy, generating actions with universities, IT consultants, job exchanges and institutions
in general.
Implement profile selection processes linked to the company's vertical profiles, performing an "end to end" follow-up.
Conduct face-to-face, telephone and/or remote interviews with candidates.
Design processes linked to the attraction, engagement and development of the company's talent.
Generate actions to promote organizational well-being and the development of people.
Support the company in making decisions regarding talent management at all levels.
Accompany the company in the design of HR policies, processes and methodologies.
Act as a point of contact and build relationships with influential candidates during the selection process.
Promote the reputation of the company and employing brand at all levels (internal and external).

Obtain and incorporate trained human resources to fill vacancies in the company's development area. (End to end process)
Select candidates with IT profiles.
Generate and propose new sources of recruitment.
Conduct telephone interviews, initials, and in-depth interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Manage interviews between the Managers and / or LPs and the candidates, to close the contractual conditions.
Coordinate with the candidate the pre occupational examination and Induction.
Accompany the entrant in the on-boarding process.




Collaborate in People Care tasks (Follow-up of collaborators, Events and celebrations for Father's Day, Mother's Day, children's
day, etc., end of the year party)

Professor of the Selection course in theoretical-practical IT profiles. Basic and intermediate level. Development of the syllabus,
preparation of classes, evaluation and monitoring of students.
