Design and establish network architectures for packet and circuit switching networks. Develop
service level agreements and negotiate network and platform availabilities. Sustain customer
satisfaction and key performance indicators for NGN/IMS platforms. Consult and ensure
quality assurance for provisioning data, number analysis, pricing and service margins. Manage
strategic release rollout for large mobile network with four transit sites.
My duties include:
• Develop NGN/IMS design according to eTOM/ITIL (ITU-T Rec. Y.2001 & M.3050)
• Provisioning and development of platform for TCP/IP provisioning concept in own AS
• Customer acquisition and coaching of key accounts in ICT industry
• Product development and pricing for H-PBX, 3Play and IP-TV services
• Consult network operator to restore customer satisfaction for 3Play services (VoIP/SIP)
• Define, distinguish and document strategic and operational release rollout for mobile
network according to ETSI standards (TETRA Rel. 6.0)
Perform customer acquisition in Swiss telecommunication and IT-market including
establishment of key accounts. Maintain network among decision makers within large ICToperators
in Switzerland. Undertake a market study to position an OSS/BSS-vendor amongst
large fixed and mobile network operators. Assume leadership as project manager to migrate a
finance and controlling application and reporting tool for one of the largest ICT solution
providers world wide.
My duties include:
• Conduct sales presentations and create detailed proposals
• Provision of quarterly sales and acquisition report for Swiss market
• Consult large fixed network operator to improve customer centricity from 1.-level support
through to expert development level
• Define logical interfaces (NGN, FMC, IMS, SS7, 2G, 2.5G & 3G) for OSS/BSS-market
• Development of migration concept consisting of requirement specification (DIN 69905),
feature plan, use cases and rollout/migration plan
• Manage platform migration from proprietary DB-solutions to Business Objects XI on
business intelligence environment (partner alliance with sales volume ~ €400 million pa)
• Participation in radar team as ICT-technology contributor within the group
