Novavia Project – Pantaleon Sugar Holding (PSH) - Guatemala
• SAP Senior Consultant in charge of Sales and Distribution module. The scope of the SD implementation including Guatemala, Nicaragua and Honduras sales organizations and also including Sales, Shipping with IM and WMS, Transportation and Billing sub-modules.
During the Blueprint sessions I had to identify the GAPs between the standard SAP solution and how PSH runs their business not only in the sugar sector but also in the alcohol and the molasses and also the legal requirements for billing in the three sales organizations. I had to write the technical specifications for the interfaces with the Agro system called PIMS for the shipping of materials and for the weighting scale system.
•The standard SAP functionalities implemented are:
In Sales: standard sales, consignment sales, cash sales, free of charge sales and customized sales. Standard item categories and customized item category with customized schedule line catgory.
In Logistic Execution: outbound delivery, returns delivery, batch split, handling unit, goods movement for handling units and delivery with quality inspection (QM module).
In transportation: individual shipments, transportation chain, shipment costing and shipment cost settlement with service agent.
In billing: standard invoice, customized invoice, credit memo, intercompany billing with automatic posting to vendor using EDI and pre-numbering invoice.

Renaissance Program – Cable & Wireless Caribbean (LIME) - Barbados
•SAP Senior Consultant who is in charge of the Sales and Distribution module for the roll-out of Barbados, St.Lucia, Grenada, Dominica and St.Vincent. I also support the roles and authorizations assignment to end users in the different test stages. Also as part of my tasks I have to write technical specifications for the ABAP team and test the developments (forms, new routines and programs).
•There is an initiative of implementing SAP to new companies that the customer is creating for new business so I was in charge to coordinate the blueprint sessions for this initiative.

Grupo Q - Costa Rica
• SAP Senior Consultant who was in charge of the Transportation module implementation for Costa Rica Business Unit. I also was in charge of new requirements for the DBM module (Dealer Business Management), for these new requirements I did write some technical specifications which I worked with the ABAP team. I also implemented the intercompany process for all the companies in the Group and used the EDI functionality for it.

• SAP SD Team member who was in charge of taking care of the major issues in Sales and Distribution module. As consequence of the SAP implementation, there were many issues in the day to day business process so we have to resolve major issues within the SLA time frame.

P&G Brazil – Janeiro Project

• The project scope is the SAP upgrade from 3.1 version to ECC 6.0 version and implement the Global Model in the new SAP version.
• I was one of the team members of the SAP SD consultants pool. My main activities were to do the Rebate Agreement configuration for Brazil market. I was also in charge of the Material Determination configuration for the local and export market.
• I was responsible for coordinated the master data creation (customer, finish products and prices) as well for the SAP configuration of them.
• Consultant for the SAP ECC 6.0 implementation, responsible for GL, AR, AP & AM modules for Central America (Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras y Panamá).
• Support project manager activities.

P&G NA - TOM Modernization Project

• IT Master Data Coordinator and SIS coordinator.
• The project purpose was to replace the OSB (Order, Shipping and Billing) legacy systems based on mainframe with SAP. As IT Master Data Coordinator I am supporting the business in the mapping and matching sessions and coordinate with the IT Row Leaders to identify and define the new master data requirements. My role is to understand the Master Data business requirement in Sales and Distribution and Accounts Receivables modules; suggesting the best way to implement it in SAP. In case of a gap between SAP and the business requirement I have to propose a solution and write a document called “Solution Document” specifying the configuration needed and/or the custom procedure that have to be implemented in SAP.
• As SIS coordinator, I have to identify what are the business processes that should be part of the data warehouse repository and set the configuration in SAP to capture that kind of information. I have to coordinate with Source One (legacy reporting system) team the configuration of the interfaces to send this information.
