• Experience in Cross-Application components (ALE, EDI, and IDocs) and Testing RICEF.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to work in and lead a team.
• Proven record of experience in go-live and post go-live production support, issues resolution, root cause analysis, testing, training and documentation, as well as the ability to understand the business requirement and translations in to technical requirement solutions.
