Primary role includes user requirement gathering, analysis & mapping of business processes, gap analysis, configuration and development, testing, data migration, implementation, user acceptance and training, documentation and maintenance support. Apart from SAP implementation and rollout, compatibly involvement in SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade projects, end-to-end (E2E) applications and server upgrade projects.
Various industry experiences including pharmaceutical, logistics, microelectronic, consulting, manufacturing and non-manufacturing environment. Provide professional consultancy and proposal to stakeholder/users on industry best known practices, process reengineering and redesigning, value added solutions to gain efficiency, performance improvement and productivity through SAP solutions.
Part of the global team providing 3rd and 2nd level production support to world wide user including end user environment and external outsourced vendor manufacturing environment. Supporting the end-to-end applications and SAP (WM/IM/MM/PP/SD) related issue. This includes data analysis, system analysis, system testing, detail troubleshooting of production issue and end user training.
Hands-on experience in SAP IMG configuration, master data, data migration, LSMW, batch jobs, RF, SMARTFORMS, SAPscript, IDOC, EDI, B2B, RosettaNet, XML, UNIX, AIX, etc.
Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Consistently demonstrated to have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Decisive in nature and carries a good set of negotiating skills. Comfortable with working independently as well as part of a team, highly diligent and demonstrates strong accountability and ownership.
