• Experience in all stages of Development and Implementation Life cycles of SAP ISU ABAP, SAP CRM and workflows.
• Had worked on two full life cycle SAP Implementation,SAP Roll out,SAP maintenance project and exposed to various modules like Employee Interaction center, Sales and Service, ISU-PM, ISU-CS, SD, MM, FI/CO modules (Releases ECC 5.0, ECC 6.0, SAP CRM 2007, SAP CRM 7.0, SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp1).
• Experience as an offshore/Onsite Coordinator for SAP ISU development primarily on processes like New connection, Extension / reduction, disconnection /Move - In / Move -Out, Service orders, Notifications and Work Management.
• Experience with BRFplus development and knowledge about its integration in Business workflow
• Worked Across various verticals like Energy & utilities,Manufacturing,Retail,Telecom.
