I am a SAP HCM HR certificated consultant with a strong customer focus and five years of experience working for large multinational companies, assisting customers and providing them excellence in HR services that builds trusted relationships.
My last project was related to spanish payroll in Barcelona for Accenture, but I was also working for Nordic Region in NGA NorthgateArinso. My background includes Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, ECM, ILM GDPR...
Very flexible in terms of broadening my own knowledge to satisfy client demands, like in my last project, were I worked proactively as ECM consultant per customer’s request.
Some other examples where I proved my skills and HR knowledge are MAN and Schering-Plough, and Tetra Pak, acting as technical lead for those accounts coordinating the agents involved. In addition, I have provided support for several other big-scale customer such as Finnair, TNT, Metso, Kone, AstraZeneca,Novartis, General Motors, Pfizer and Baker Hughes.

Aug 2013 - Dec 2013. SAP/R3 ECM Consultant in NorthgateArinso working from Sweden assigned to an Enterprise Compensation Management project. The rollout involved 32 countries from North and South America, Central and East Europe, Asia and Oceania. Working in close cooperation with global integration team and supporting HR management.
Some of the tasks were customization, data migration, reporting tools, compensation processes for salary review, testing and detailed documentation during the whole process.

In addition to the mentioned tasks, I was the single point of contact to ensure that global operations were delivered according to the contract in term of SLA, timeliness, quality and budget. Also helping in blueprint definitions, implementation, test management, and after go live support, providing with detailed documentation, preparation of user manuals, SAS 70 / SOC 1 compliance and data migration across different non SAP systems.
