Canada Media Fund
Analyste, veille stratégique - Analyst, Industry and Market Trends
2012 - 2014
The CMF is a Canadian funding agency with a yearly budget of $370 million, funding audiovisual and digital media projects. As part of the industry intelligence department, I watch and report about the upcoming trends, represent the CMF at events, support and dialogue with the producers of the projects funded and other industry stakeholders, and incubate new practices for the benefit of the fund. I also contribute to and maintain Trendscape, the department’s blog, run the online resource on crowdfunding, and help manage our social media presence.

Tribal Nova
Project Manager
2009 - 2012
Tribal Nova is a Montreal-based studio developing innovative digital educational products. I was in charge of several projects, both in development and in exploitation. In particular, I took care of building from the ground up a new series of educational apps for the iPad, from an idea on a sheet of paper all the way to the App Store.

Ubisoft
Localisation Project Manager
2008 - 2009
Ubisoft Montréal is a 2,400+ staff video game studio. As part of the localization “task force”, I was dispatched to projects to prepare them for local markets (translation in up to 15 languages, audio recordings, fixing localization technical issues, preparing, coordinating and performing tests, etc.). I also managed localization of Japanese titles for the Western market, a task that involved coordinating efforts across 3 continents (Paris, Montréal, San Francisco and Tokyo).

Enzyme Testing Labs
Project Manager
2006 - 2008
Enzyme is a Canadian video games QA company. Starting as a linguistic tester, I mostly worked as a project manager, in charge of linguistic QA on various games, from triple A titles to educational projects. As head of production, I was later involved in resource allocation, client account communication, team and client support and improvement of testing and management processes.

anthiweb
Founder
2004 - 2006
Along with a friend, I cofounded this pocket size web agency where I was in charge of running the day-to-day operations as well as coding the frontend and backend of the projects we built. We completed some 25 projects in 2 years (web, print and communication).

Advanced Fair
Project Manager
2003 - 2004
Started as a developer, then I moved on to project manager + developer. I took care of several fair and events transactional websites. Occasionally, I also did some client communication and support.
