• Produced significant cost savings, Completed WindMobile major core site with a very aggressive turnaround time coupled to minimal disturbance to part of the equipment during testing phase, Project management of WindMobile major core sites / data centers, as a single point of contact between WindMobile and various contractors I was managing  multi-disciplinary teams dealing with vendor’s project managers for; civil work, mechanical, electrical and telecom equipment installation and commissioning. Including inter-department communication and coordination from the design phase to the final acceptance and project closing.
• Construction management for a new  telecommunications network in Canada
• Project management for Toronto Underground walk way, known as the ‘’PATH’’ iDAS system, the world largest underground shopping complex with 30 km (19 miles) of shopping arcades. Left the project at 62% of its completion to focus on a new project as per high management request.
